Workshop Receipt
The watch is photographed and logged on arrival. You receive confirmation of receipt with an expected completion window.
Service & Return
Work is completed to the agreed scope. You are contacted when ready. A written service record accompanies collection.
Watch Health Assessment
A diagnostic service for owners who are unsure about the condition of their timepiece. The watch is opened, and the movement is visually inspected for signs of wear, moisture ingress, or previous non-professional intervention. Timing performance is measured on a timegrapher across multiple positions.
A detailed written summary of findings is provided, along with a clear outline of any recommended work and associated costs. You are not obligated to proceed with repairs — the assessment stands as an independent service.

Winding Module Service
Specifically targets the self-winding mechanism in watches with that type of movement. The rotor assembly is removed, cleaned, and inspected for bearing wear or looseness. The reversing wheels and winding bridge are checked for proper engagement.
Worn bearings are replaced, and the rotor is rebalanced if needed. After reassembly, winding efficiency is tested to confirm that the mainspring achieves full wind within expected wear time. Appropriate for watches that seem to lose power reserve faster than usual.

Cosmetic Detail Restoration
A surface-focused service that addresses the visual condition of your watch without opening the movement. Services include case polishing or brushing to reduce scratches, crystal replacement if cracked or deeply marked, bezel insert replacement for faded or chipped units, and lug refinishing.
The work is performed by hand to preserve original case geometry and avoid material over-removal. Suitable for watches whose movements are running well but whose exterior needs attention.

What All Three Services Share
Secure Custody
Every watch is photographed on arrival and stored in locked, humidity-controlled conditions throughout the service period.
Written Records
Service documentation is prepared for every job. You leave with a written record of what was done, not just a receipt.
No Surprises
If something unexpected is discovered, you are contacted before work continues. Nothing is added to your bill without prior agreement.
Service Fees
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include labour. Replacement parts (where required) are quoted separately before any are ordered.
